Cleaner Floors. Better Business.

Mopping alone is not sufficient for commercial flooring. While it is instrumental in the day-to-day cleaning, commercial flooring experiences high foot traffic and environmental stressors which require regular, routine deep cleaning and maintenance to correct. Servello provides free, on-site evaluations to develop a restoration and maintenance plan for all types of vinyl commercial floors.

Commercial vinyl flooring requires special care set forth by the manufacturer. Servello provides free, on-site evaluations to determine your vinyl flooring's construction as well as it's correct maintenance needs. Often times, most commercial flooring requires deep scrubbing and extraction with special equipment on a monthly or quarterly basis. Other floorings require stripping off the protective sealant, scrubbing, and then re-sealing with several coats of specific, specialty vinyl floor coating products.

Cleaning, stripping, and waxing a commercial floor is a vital part of Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT) maintenance. The cost for this service varies depending on the size of the space, layout, and previous maintenance performed on the floor. Poor or improper maintenance can make restorative efforts more costly and time consuming. Generally, a business owner should expect to pay approximately $1.00-$2.00 per square foot to completely strip, clean, reseal, and restore their commercial flooring. Servello provides free on-site evaluations to determine the cost to correctly and professionally restore a commercial floor.
